Join our email list.

History and Theory sponsors an informational email list whose members periodically receive information about theoretical issues in history: forthcoming articles and reviews in History and Theory, future plans for forums and theme issues, recently published books of interest, calls for papers, conferences, etc.

To subscribe, email History and Theory’s managing editor, Liz Boyle, with the subject “Join Email List” to request to be added. As a member of the list, you will be able to send messages to historyandtheory-glist@wesleyan.edu and receive any messages sent to that list. 

To send a message to the group, email historyandtheory-glist@wesleyan.edu or visit to the Google Groups page and click “New Conversation.” Make sure to include a brief, clear subject line and details in the body of the message.

Once approved by the journal’s editorial staff, your message will be distributed to all members of the email list. To communicate directly with the journal’s staff, contact historyandtheory@wesleyan.edu.

To receive a daily digest of posts to the list rather than each individual message, you can change your settings via Google Groups.
